ご挨拶

日本英語音声学会(EPSJ: The English Phonetic Society of Japan)は平成7年7月7日に設立され、平成8 (1996) 年6月1日に愛知学院大学
において開催された英語音声学会第一回全国大会において正式に発足しました。平成11 (1999) 年9月14日に日本学術会議に登録認可
されました。

本部事務局からのお知らせ

学会の名称が「英語音声学会」から『日本英語音声学会』に変わりました。
平成12年12月2日の役員会にて本学会の名称を平成13年1月1日より「日本英語音声学会」とすることに決定しました。
英語名称には変更はありません。

日本英語音声学会第10回全国大会(第1回英語音声学者国際会議）は、
2005年11月5日(土)～6日（日）、高知大学にて開催されました。
招聘予定特別講演者は松野和彦東京大学名誉教授・名古屋外国語大学副学長・同外国語学部長、

Call for Papers for the Fourth Branch Conference
     1 Please send abstracts (B5, one page) by 1^st June 2005.
     2 The (first) author will be notified of acceptance by 1^stJuly 2005.
     3 Please send full abstracts (B5, 5 to 10 pages) by 1^st September 2005.
         They will be printed in the Proceedings of the Conference.
     4 In abstracts please include the name(s) of the author(s), title of abstract,
         affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
